Terms of Service

By registering for an account, accessing, or using OderBin (“the Service”), developed and maintained by Ajmonic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant company, franchise, or business entity, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind such entity.

OderBin is an operational software platform providing multi-branch restaurant management, digital menu and QR-code ordering, table management, POS billing, receipt generation, inventory logging, and staff attendance and payroll calculations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring all users under your restaurant account adhere to acceptable security practices:

• Administrators must assign appropriate permission roles (Owner, Branch Manager, Staff, Cashier) to team members.
• You agree to notify us immediately at contact@oderbin.com upon detecting unauthorized access.
• Ajmonic and OderBin are not liable for losses resulting from compromised staff credentials.

Access to premium features and branch capacities is provided on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. All fees are exclusive of applicable government sales taxes, VAT, or GST, which will be calculated according to your registered business location.

OderBin provides technology to facilitate customer self-ordering and digital billing. The actual restaurant goods, food preparation, quality, pricing, delivery, and tax collections remain solely the responsibility of the restaurant operator.

All rights, title, and interest in OderBin, including algorithms, user interfaces, branding, software code, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Ajmonic. Your subscription grants you a revocable, non-transferable license to access the platform during active terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings. Upon termination, you will retain access until the close of your current billing period. You may request a complete export of your menus, sales data, and customer history within 30 days of account cancellation.
